Are you enjoying this spine-chilling time of the year as much as we are? Pumpkins, ghosts, zombies.. what else you could ask for? 🙂 We have a few ideas to bring the mood in and outside your house.
Spooky Face Popcorn Treats: They’re perfect little snack bags for Halloween! All you need is plastic bags, black permanent marker, Halloween snacks to fill the bags and ribbon to tie the bag. Start with drawing spooky faces on the bags. While they are drying you can pop the corn or fill the bags however you like.
Dark Lemonade: Dark as the darkness, this lemonade will be very popular! What you will need is juice of 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice, 1 3/4 cups of sugar, 8 cups of water and 1 or 2 capsules activated charcoal. Activated charcoal has many benefits including whitening teeth, anti-aging and removing toxins. But before using it please make sure that it does not interfere with any medicine you take.
Mummy Hot Dogs: They taste as good as they look. 🙂 It will only take you half an hour to prepare this funny recipe. Grab 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 2 1/2 slices of cheddar cheese and 10 hot dogs. Cut the roll lengthwise into 10 pieces, making a total of 40 pieces of dough. Wrap 4 pieces of dough around each hot dog and 1/4 slice of cheese to look like bandages. Spray dough lightly with cooking spray. Bake it until dough is light golden brown and hot dogs are hot. Draw a face with mustard.
Party Appetizers: If you are going to throw a party this will be a brilliant idea. Fill a pumpkin with a nice cheese dip. Cut up celery, carrots and vegetables of your choice.
Halloween Pops: You can not have anything easier and more festive than this! Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow. Melt candy melts according to package directions. Spoon melted candy over the sides of marshmallows, immediately coat with festive sprinkles. Lay marshmallow on prepared baking sheet until candy coat is set.
Bats: Print a bat template and cut it with scissors. Place the bat shape template on the construction paper and mark the shape. Cut out as many bats as possible. Use a tape to stick them on your walls.
Witch Hat and Broomsticks: You can start decorating your house with your entrance. Hang a few black coats, place a few pairs of black boots, a few witch hat and broomsticks which you can easily find online. Voila! Welcome to the witches house.
Tin Can Bowling: Do you have tin cans that you keep for no reason? Well, it turns out that you keep them for a reason. Grab those tin cans and colour decorate them with cute spooky faces. Place them one the other make a pyramid. After Halloween you can use them as pen cans.
