One with LED lights, which would make it more spooky, but you can just go with the balloons. If you prefer it with LED you have to first light up the LED and insert it into balloons. If you don’t want to use LED you can inflate the balloon. Use a fabric to cover the balloon. Don’t forget the black eyes! Tie fishing line round the balloon knot and hang it wherever you wish!
