What are the nationalities you have
We have cleaners from different nationalities and they are all pre-screened and trained to provide the best quality service .
How many hours should I book?
A: In Saudi Arabia, the minimum hours spent should be 4 hours.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking with a 24-hour notice. You can reach out to us at wecare@justmop.com or call + 966118343433 at least 24 hours before your cleaning session is supposed to take place to update your booking details. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24 hours of your booking’s start time, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
Can I book the same cleaner more than once?
Ofcourse! We provide you with you favorite maid’s schedule, and we also recommend that you book a package which guarantees the sam maid everytime.
Do you serve single men?
In Saudi Arabia we only serve family houses, where there is a female over the age of 18 available
Do you supply your own cleaning materials?
For Saudi Arabia, we require that the material are already available, as we do not provide this option
What materials do I need to provide?
If you choose to prefer providing materials yourself, we recommend you to have these in your house:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Mop
- Multi-purpose Cleaning Spray
- General Purpose Polish
- Floor Cleaner
- Bleach
- Limescale Remover
- Micro Fibre Cloths
- Furniture Polish
- Sponges
How do I pay?
All payments in Saudi Arabia must be made via Credit Card.
